ABOUT THE TEACHER


저는 호주 출신의 Melinda McGrath라고 합니다. 저는 TESOL(외국인들에게 영어를 가르치는 자격증)을 소지하고 있습니다. 그리고 6년 동안 전 세계에서 영어를 가르친 경험이 있습니다.
6년 동안 아시아, 남미, 유럽 등지에서 남녀노소 전 연령대의 학생들을 가르친 적이 있습니다. 또한 학생들의 특별 시험(IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL), 영어 면접 등의 준비를 도와주고 있습니다.
지금 저는 고국인 호주로 돌아와서 온라인으로 영어를 가르치고 있습니다.
당신이 어떠한 수준의 영어 실력자라도 상관이 없습니다. 저의 온라인 영어 강의가 당신에게 꼭 맞을 테니깐요…

Hi!
My name is Melinda McGrath and I am from Australia. I am a qualified English teacher with a certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and 6 years experience teaching English around the world.
For the last 6 years, I have lived in Spain, Peru and Colombia, teaching English to students of all ages and all levels, from beginner to advanced. I also help my students prepare for special exams, like the IELTS and the TOEFL exam, as well as embassy interviews so that they can obtain working visas in other countries.
Now, I have returned to my home, Australia, and am teaching conversational English online.
If you are at an intermediate, upper-intermediate or advanced level of English, and need to practise English with a native speaker of English, then my online classes are perfect for you.

WHAT YOU NEED

인터넷이 가능한 컴퓨터, 마이크, 헤드폰, SKYPE 프로그램 다운로드.

All you need is a computer, internet connection, a microphone and headphones. You will need to download SKYPE. This means we will be able to see each other, hear each other, and send messages to each other.

수업절차
HOW IT WORKS


1.저에게 E-메일 보내시면서 날짜와 시간, 한 주에 하고 싶은 시간을 알려주시면 됩니다.
STEP 1: Send me an email and tell me which day and time, and for how long you would like your online class every week.
EXAMPLE: Hi Melinda. My name is Kim. I would like a class from 8am to 9am every Monday, for 1 hour starting on 23rd September.

2.그럼 저로부터 같은 날 답변 메일을 받게 될 것이며 원하는 수업 날짜와 시간의 확인, 그리고 수업료 납부 방법에 대하여 알려 드릴 것입니다.
STEP 2: You will recieve an email from me on the same day, confirming the class, and giving you directions on how to deposit the fee.
EXAMPLE: Hi Kim. Thanks for your email. I am confirming the time for your first class, starting on Monday 23rd September.

3.메일을 확인한 다음, PAYPAL이라는 온라인 결제 프로그램을 통해 결제한 후, 저에게 확인 메일을 보내주시면 됩니다.
STEP 3: Send me an email confirming you have paid the class fee by PAYPAL.
EXAMPLE: Hi Melinda, I am confirming that I have paid the class fee of 25 000won by PAYPAL.

4. 마지막으로 저로부터 확인 메일을 받게 될 것이며, 수업 시작 2일전에 또 다른 확인 메일을 받으신 다음 약속된 날짜와 시간에 온라인에서 만나 수업을 하면 됩니다.
STEP 4: You will receive an email from me, confirming our class and I will also send you a reminder email the day before the class. Then we meet online at the arranged time and date. EASY!!!
EXAMPLE: Hi Kim, I have received your class fee of 25 000won by PAYPAL. I am confirming your class at 8am on Monday 23rd September. SEE YOU THEN!!!



결제방법
HOW TO PAY

수업료의 결제는 PAYPAL이라는 국제적으로 안전하고 공인된 결제 시스템을 통해 결제하시면 됩니다. 저는 오랫동안 이 시스템을 업무관련 대금결제에 사용하고 있으며 안전하고 대금을 결제하실 수 있을 것 입니다.

Payment is made by PAYPAL, which is very secure and recognised all over the world. I have been using PAYPAL to send money for business to foreign banks for many years and can guarantee your money transaction will be safe.

저의 온라인 강의가 마음에 드셔서 연장하고 싶으시다면 수업시작 후 2주뒤부터 한달 단위로 결제를 하셔야 하며 만약 아프시거나 여행을 가시게 되는 경우엔 사전에 연락을 주시야 보충 수업스케줄을 잡을 것이며 온라인 강의를 그만두고 싶으신 경우엔 한달 전에 미리 말씀해 주셔야 합니다.

After 2 classes, if you are happy with the online English classes and would like to continue, fees are to be paid monthly. That means, once a month you will deposit the fee for the 4 classes you will have during the month. This also means that nobody else can reserve the time that you prefer to have your classes. Please let me know if you would like to stop having online classes 1 month in advance. If you are sick or going on holidays, make-up classes can be arranged.

(There is no extra fee for an extra student. This means you can bring a family member or a friend to the online class for the same price)
